We\'re thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our HR team here at YBS on an 18-month fixed-term contract. You don’t need to come from an HR background just a genuine passion for supporting others and driving positive change.
Join our Organisational Effectiveness team and play a key role in delivering excellent customer service to our colleagues by supporting people change initiatives.
About this role
As a HR Coordinator you\'ll be responsible for coordinating all related administrative tasks, ensuring accurate processing of information and timely delivery of outputs using digital systems all whilst enabling a great colleague experience. Alongside this you will:
- Deliver accurate and timely processing of all administration connected to People Change.
- Take ownership and coordinate delivery planning, produce people change packs and related materials to meet timescales.
- Track and co-ordinate colleague data and insight throughout the colleague journey and ensure this is provided to the team in a timely manner.
- Contribute to regular reviews of the colleague experience journey (process and procedures), taking ownership for process improvements which will enable the improvement of the end-to-end colleague experience and back-office processes.
- Ensure that all risks and issues are escalated to the OE Partner/OE Lead as required with necessary recommendations for improvements.
- Liaise with all key stakeholders (both senior business leaders and people division colleagues) throughout the colleague change process to ensure they have what they require to support the colleague experience.
