We’re looking for an experienced Delivery Manager Digital Channels with a strong customer mindset to lead this transformation through agile leadership, technical insight, and a passion for continuous improvement. This is a 6-month fixed term contract.

About the role

As Delivery Manager Digital Channels, you will

  • Design and deliver seamless, digital experiences that meet user needs across web, mobile, and self-service channels.

  • Lead the front-end delivery across multiple agile squads, by champing agile delivery and use of best practice engineering frameworks

  • Collaborate across business and tech teams to align delivery with strategy and ensure a continuous flow of value

  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and foster open communication

  • Tackle complex challenges with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

  • Navigate and resolve conflicts to keep teams focused and productive

  • Drive planning and delivery across monthly and quarterly cycles

  • Resolve cross-team dependencies and remove delivery bottlenecks

  • Use data and metrics to inform decisions and promote continuous improvement

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to support forecasting and strategic planning

About you

You’ll already have a proven track record in a similar role and have a customer first mindset. You’ll have -

  • A strong background in Digital Agile Delivery and knowledge of product management

  • A calm, solutions-focused approach to overcoming obstacles and conflict

  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable plans

  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies

  • Ideally have experience in agile/ iterative delivery management
