About the Role

  • Build meaningful relationships with our members and help them find the right products and services to support their goals whether that’s saving for a special trip, buying a first home, or planning for the future.
  • Communicate confidently across multiple channels, including in-branch, over the phone, and online, to support members with their accounts.
  • Focus on doing what’s right for our members without the pressure of sales targets.

The Honley branch is situated right in the centre of the Holme Valley and services customers from not just Honley but several of the surrounding villages and towns. We are one of the busiest branches so never a dull moment and we have a terrific team to help support you become the best you can be. We are passionate about supporting your onboarding journey to service customers' needs and requirements through multiple channels, including face to face, online and over the telephone. There is a large variation of tasks from counter transactions, savings meetings, digital support as well as incoming and outbound customer calls ensuring we deliver a truly exceptional customer service.
