About the Role

  • Build meaningful relationships with our members and help them find the right products and services to support their goals whether that’s saving for a special trip, buying a first home, or planning for the future.
  • Communicate confidently across multiple channels, including in branch, over the phone, and online, to support members with their accounts.
  • Focus on doing what’s right for our members without the pressure of sales targets.

We are passionate about finding an individual who is eager to provide great service to our customers through a variety of channels at first point of contact; F2F, telephone & online. The role of customer consultant here at Edinburgh is constantly changing and no day is ever the same, so we are looking for candidates who are keen to learn and can adapt to fulfil our branch action plan. The Edinburgh team are brilliant and has a real sense of belonging and we are excited to add a new member to our team and we hope that can be you!

Alongside your daily tasks and activities, there will be opportunities to engage and work with other branches across the network, as well as taking part in community activities both in and out of the branch.
