We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager to join our Credit Risk team here at YBS.
About the role
The Credit Risk Model Execution and managing the delivery of the Use and Experience test activity are critical components of any IRB application. While you’ll have no direct reports, this is a highly visible role within the team, and you’ll be expected to share your SME knowledge and support others with their development and help create a high performing team. We work on a hybrid basis, with a degree of travel to the office. We are also happy to discuss flexible working arrangements.
About you
- First and foremost, you’ll be an experienced risk professional, with experience working with an established or aspiring IRB firm.
- Detailed understanding of IRB requirements and the application process, IFRS 9 and Stress Testing/ICAAP exercises.
- An understanding of the requirements relating to the IRB Use and Experience test, and the modules of an IRB application.
- A track record of delivering for change programmes and Stress Testing exercises.
- A good awareness of the Financial Services industry and associated regulatory landscapes.
- Ability to influence and organise competing priorities across the team and key stakeholders.
