Purpose of the role
We’re looking for a Wedding and Events Sales Coordinator to join our energetic Sales Team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is organised, confident with people and excited by the buzz of a busy events environment. You will be at the heart of the customer journey, from first enquiry and show-round to proposal, event details and to the handover to our events managers, helping clients create events and experiences to remember.

- Upsell confidently to enhance each event and increase value.
- Use energy, creativity and commercial awareness to attract new business and maximise opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange and deliver engaging client viewings and venue tours.
- Promote the venues at exhibitions, networking, awards and other industry events.
- Confidently present to clients and agents, showcasing what makes our venues special.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents and internal stakeholders, to retain repeat business.
- Ensure all information is communicated to other departments, including operations and catering team.
- Use the event diary and CRM proactively to manage leads, bookings and follow-up on sales activity.
- Coordinate client requirements and requests efficiently.
- Contribute to the delivery of the sales plan to increase bookings and revenue.
- Ensure invoices, orders and other documentation are accurate and produced on time.
- Keep all client records up to date and complete.
- Confidently make proactive and reactive sales calls.
