Overview

Responsibilities
- Deliver food trollies to ward areas.
- Serve in the dining room.
- Deliver food to functions and events within the trust as required.
- Use ovens to regenerate food.
- Keep kitchen areas clean.
- Monitor food temperatures as part of HACCP.
- Wash up and perform general cleaning duties.
- Work in other areas of the Catering Department as required.
Qualifications
Applicants must be able to demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, initiative, self‑motivation, strong interpersonal and organisational/time management skills, work under pressure, prioritise workload, and carry out physical tasks. Ideal candidate will have catering experience, be fantastic with customers, a good team player, and be able to work unsupervised.
