Overview

Responsibilities

  • Deliver food trollies to ward areas.
  • Serve in the dining room.
  • Deliver food to functions and events within the trust as required.
  • Use ovens to regenerate food.
  • Keep kitchen areas clean.
  • Monitor food temperatures as part of HACCP.
  • Wash up and perform general cleaning duties.
  • Work in other areas of the Catering Department as required.

Qualifications

Applicants must be able to demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, initiative, self‑motivation, strong interpersonal and organisational/time management skills, work under pressure, prioritise workload, and carry out physical tasks. Ideal candidate will have catering experience, be fantastic with customers, a good team player, and be able to work unsupervised.
