A well-established, family-run developer with over 30 years’ experience is seeking a hands-on Site Manager with a strong housing background, specifically in traditional masonry construction (brick and block). With more than five years of secured work already in the pipeline, this role offers long-term stability and genuine progression without corporate red tape.

About the Projects

You’ll take responsibility for the live delivery of an 87-unit residential scheme, with 20 homes already completed. The next project will follow directly: a multi-phase development of 150 units, plus retail and light industrial elements. Both sites sit close to the company’s head office, providing rapid support and decision-making from a tight-knit leadership team.

What We’re Looking For

  • A local Site Manager (Middlesbrough / Teesside area).
  • Strong experience in residential housing construction, particularly brick & block / traditional masonry build.
  • Ideally from a housebuilder background, though experienced candidates from similar sectors will also be considered.
  • A safe pair of hands - dependable, organised, and quality-driven.
  • Someone comfortable running sites autonomously, solving problems practically, and maintaining high standards of health & safety.
  • A hands-on, practical leader who works well with trades and builds respect on site.
