We’re looking for experienced Project Management leaders from the construction consultancy world to help deliver a major luxury hotel redevelopment in Belgravia - a transformative scheme converting a former landmark police building into a 200+ room high-end hotel with premium amenities including restaurants, bar, wellness and spa facilities.
This is one of Central London’s most exciting hospitality projects, involving partial demolition, façade replacement, and a complete architectural re-imagining to blend with the surrounding Belgravia and Victoria streetscape.
The Opportunity
- Lead delivery of a complex luxury hotel redevelopment with substantial structural and façade upgrades.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams across architecture, engineering, planning, MEP, cost consultancy, and more.
- Drive client leadership, governance and stakeholder engagement with local authorities.
- Oversee works across all RIBA stages for a landmark Central London scheme.
About You
- Strong construction consultancy experience (essential)
- Proven track record (Associate Director / Director level) in hotel projects
- Confidence managing complex refurbishments or façade/structural reconfigurations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
