This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects, focusing on new-build and fit-out developments across Commercial, Hotels, Residential, and Mixed-Use sectors.

The Role

If you're a Project Manager looking to take the next step into a Senior PM position, this is your chance to work on some of the UK’s largest and most complex projects, alongside some of the most highly skilled professionals in the industry. You will be involved in new-build high-rise towers, listed buildings, embassy conversions, master planning, regeneration, and mixed-use developments, with project values ranging between £100M–£400M+.

As Senior Project Manager, you will:

• Lead smaller projects independently.
• Play an integral role within larger projects, working closely with the Director/Partner responsible for delivering industry-leading developments.
• Work on Hotel, Residential, Commercial & Mixed-Use projects of varying size and scope.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong track record in residential and mixed-use projects, covering all RIBA stages.
• RICS Chartered status or be actively working towards it (APC support available).
• Master planning experience—a valuable advantage.
• A construction consultancy background with a drive to become a market leader.
• A tenacious and ambitious approach, striving to succeed in delivering complex, high-profile projects while accelerating their career growth.

The Package

• Salary: Up to £75,000 basic.
• Benefits: Extensive package, including bonus scheme.
