Join the delivery team on one of London's most ambitious built environment projects: a flagship, mixed use development that fuses cutting edge workplace design with premium hospitality and wellness at a scale rarely seen in the capital.
This is a genuine step up opportunity. Whether you're a Project Manager ready to take on more scope, or a Senior Project Manager looking for a scheme with real prestige, you'll be working directly alongside the Associate Director on a project that will shape the rest of your career.
Situated in London's most dynamic knowledge and innovation district, this isn't simply an office fit out. It's a statement project, one that will reshape expectations of what a modern working environment can be, and leave a lasting mark on the city's commercial and hospitality landscape.
What You'll Be Working On
- A technically complex, design led programme spanning high specification commercial fit out and premium hospitality environments throughout.
- Scale & Ambition: A landmark metropolitan development encompassing diverse, highly specified functional zones, including formal and informal meeting suites, dedicated auditoriums, collaborative breakout environments, and curated hospitality and F&B spaces designed to the very highest operator standards.
- Hospitality Excellence: Fully integrated front of house and back of house hospitality provisions, with attention to guest journey, serviceability, and the kind of experiential detail more commonly found in five star hotel and branded residence delivery.
- Wellness & Amenity: Premium health and wellbeing infrastructure including gymnasium, aquatic facilities, and multi purpose sports provisions, conceived as a genuine lifestyle offer, not a box ticking amenity.
- Sustainable Design: BREEAM Excellent and LEED Gold certification targets, with smart building technology woven throughout the operational fabric of the scheme.
- Architectural Pedigree: Collaborative delivery alongside world renowned architectural practices and leading structural and MEP engineers, with an uncompromising approach to detailing and quality.
- Premium Client Partnership: A globally recognised, forward thinking occupier with sophisticated expectations and a deeply engaged project team.
The Role
You'll support day to day project delivery, working closely with senior leadership to manage programme, cost, and quality across a technically demanding, fast paced scheme. You'll get direct exposure to a five star hospitality delivery model rarely available at this career stage, plus mentorship from a team with a genuine track record on landmark schemes.
About You
You'll have 3+ years of post qualification project management experience, ideally on high specification commercial fit out, hospitality, or mixed use developments. Chartership (or working towards it) through MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or an equivalent professional body is welcomed, but not a barrier if you're building toward it.
This is a genuinely rare opportunity to work on a project that defines careers, at a level that offers real scope for progression.
