We are working with one of the world's leading construction consultancies to find experienced Cost Managers to join their growing Data Centre practice across the APAC region. With live opportunities in Australia, Japan, New Zealand, and South Korea, this is a rare chance to join a global leader at the forefront of one of the most in-demand sectors in construction, supporting hyperscale and colocation data centre projects from feasibility through to completion.

This role is ideal for a UK or Europe-based Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor with data centre experience who is looking to relocate and build a long-term career in the APAC market, with full relocation and visa support provided for the successful candidate and their family.

  • Provide full cost management services across all project stages, from feasibility and early cost planning through to procurement, construction, and final account.
  • Prepare and manage cost plans, budgets, and cost estimates for complex data centre developments.
  • Support procurement strategy, tendering, and contract administration.
  • Monitor project costs, identify risks, and provide accurate cost forecasting and reporting to clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage change control, valuations, and final account negotiations.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure cost certainty throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to business development and support the growth of the data centre offering across the region.

3-6 years' experience in cost management/quantity surveying, with specific data centre sector experience.

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and final accounts.
  • Willingness to relocate to Australia, Japan, New Zealand, or South Korea.
  • Local language skills (Japanese, Korean) are an advantage but not essential.
  • Experience working on hyperscale, colocation, or mission-critical facilities.
