We have an opportunity to work for a leading consultancy on a secondment basis to a top-tier developer on a large, residentially-led masterplan - from post-hybrid planning permission to the next stages. The role is for an Infrastructure-focused PM, focusing on advancing infrastructure design from RIBA Stage 3 onwards, including procurement and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procure consultants to support high-quality infrastructure delivery.
- Mobilise and implement RIBA Stage 3 infrastructure design (utilities and rail interfaces) in a client-side capacity.
- Assess phasing options and their implications on infrastructure design.
- Study temporary and permanent building supplies, including design, loads, and engagement with DNO/IDNO.
- Coordinate infrastructure with plot developments for integrated outcomes.
- Design rail interfaces and secure Asset Protection Agreements (APAs).
- Set infrastructure programmes, coordinating with utility providers.
- Manage stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
- Oversee infrastructure budget management for cost-effective results.
Requirements:
- 5 + years of pure Project Management experience, capable of autonomous work and project leadership.
- Ideally experienced in infrastructure projects within urban contexts, such as utilities networks serving buildings.
- Bonus: Rail interface experience, including Asset Protection Agreements.
- Client-side experience preferred, working for developers on design and procurement.
- Proficiency in coordinating complex infra elements with broader project goals.
