Associate Director – Project Management | Central London

A leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is looking for an Associate Director to join its Project Management team, taking a "number 2" role on two major live schemes.

A sustainability-led retrofit of a historic office building in the heart of legal London - a technically demanding, heritage-sensitive re-use project delivering premium Grade A space in one of the City's most prestigious locations.

A large-scale transformation of an existing building south of the river, immediately adjacent to one of London's busiest transport interchanges - substantially increasing the scheme's footprint as it moves from planning into delivery.

This is genuine career-defining exposure to complex, technically rich retrofit-led delivery at a firm consistently trusted with some of London's most demanding commercial schemes.

What you'll bring
