We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of high-profile stadium projects across the UK. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong track record in stadium construction and 15+ years of experience in project management within the construction consultancy sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Oversee the planning, design, and execution of stadium projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement project strategies that align with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Risk & Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to UK construction regulations, health & safety standards, and sustainability goals.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, contracts, and procurement processes to optimize project efficiency.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on stadiums.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale stadium projects across the UK.
  • Strong knowledge of UK construction regulations, RIBA stages, and procurement processes.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Chartered status (e.g., MCIOB, MRICS, MAPM) is advantageous.
