We have a unique leadership opportunity to form a new business unit for a construction consulting firm who are heavily involved in the logistics sector. At present, they predominantly focus on all the civil engineering and development platform work needed to unlock vast sites, handing over the delivery to a third-party.
The vision is to find someone who is an expert in shed-building and utilise that knowledge with strong PM/SPM-level resource to create a delivery model that doesn’t rely on a partner-led solution. They feel there is a real gap - and a huge opportunity - in the market for this kind of targeted, expert-led approach.
What makes this opportunity compelling is the sheer amount of resource and firepower there would be at your disposal to capitalise on already formed client-relationships and drive growth in a previously untapped market for them. This is a very lucrative opportunity for the right person and if this sounds as if it’s something you would be interested in exploring, please apply within or contact Ashley at York Street on ashley@ysrecruitment.com.
