We are currently retained by a private family office with c. £100m AUM, to recruit a Development Director.
This is an opportunity for an experienced Development Director to play a pivotal role in the future strategy, direction and performance of a Real Estate fund and become a key part of the wider leadership team.
Predominantly a North-West based position with travel required to London as and when needed, this person will be the voice of development within the family office and given the reigns to build their own team and make changes as they see fit.
It is assumed the right person will ideally have and understanding of both residential and commercial office sectors, but also be able to turn their hand to other property asset classes such as industrial and hospitality as the current portfolio is varied.
The opportunity would suit someone wanting to work in a warm, family-type environment. They value their reputation highly and want to ensure that the business is known for behaving and conducting themselves in a professional manner.
