We have an opportunity to work for a leading consultancy on a secondment basis to a top-tier developer on a large residentially-led masterplan - from post-hybrid planning permission to the next stages. The masterplan aims to deliver a mixed-use, living-led scheme for a one-of-a-kind regeneration opportunity encompassing a range of uses including residential, co-living, student accommodation, office and hotel.
Responsibilities:
- Set and manage masterplan budgets to ensure financial viability.
- Develop comprehensive masterplan programmes, aligning timelines for optimal delivery.
- Explore and implement phasing options, coordinating seamlessly with plots, infrastructure, and public realm elements.
- Handle stakeholder management to foster strong relationships and drive project success.
- Support fund raising, JV tenders, and due diligence processes.
- Lead consultant procurement to assemble top-tier teams.
- Develop strategies for compliance with the Building Safety Act.
Requirements:
- 5 + years of pure Project Management experience, with the ability to work autonomously and lead projects.
- Ideally experienced in private residential and/or masterplan development projects.
- Client-side experience preferred, working directly for developers.
- Strong strategic thinking and coordination skills in complex urban developments.
