York Street is seeking an Associate Director to lead boutique hotel developments at one of London’s premier construction consultancies, based in London. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage high-value new-build and fit-out projects within the luxury hospitality sector.
The Role
As Associate Director, you will oversee boutique hotel projects valued between £30M–£90M, managing them across all RIBA stages. You will drive project delivery, lead teams, and build strong relationships with developers and investors.
- Leading multiple hotel projects with a focus on high-end hospitality.
- Developing client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
