The Team
The Catering team provides a range of food and drink options across 6 outlets, as well as offering a hospitality service for both internal functions and external conferences and events.
The Role
The role will be integral to ensuring high standards of customer service across all areas and contributing to enhancing the student experience through campaigns and promotions. The postholder will also be expected to liaise closely with the University Events team to support conferences and function which will include some evening and weekend working.
Required Skills And Experience
The postholder will be expected to be service orientated and have experience of working in a large scale catering environment as well as holding relevant food safety qualifications. Communication skills, with the confidence to interact proactively with students and colleagues are essential to the role.
