Overview
York is hiring a Business Data Analyst in contract and remote capacity. This is a direct contract role with York Solutions. We are unable to consider any Third Party Resources.
Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing Business Analyst to support high-volume contract processing, data management, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience working in CRM and contracting systems (Salesforce, DocuSign, or similar), excellent Excel and Outlook skills, and the ability to manage multi-step processes with accuracy and efficiency.

- Hourly Rate: $25-$30.00 (Dependent on Experience)
Responsibilities
- Work within Salesforce (or similar CRM platforms) and DocuSign (or other contracting systems) to manage contracts and partner data.
- Oversee and execute multi-step, multi-day processes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at every stage.
- Manage high-volume data entry and contract processing with precision.
- Communicate with external partners via email to clarify contract details, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with the sales team to expedite or troubleshoot deals as needed.
- Partner with operations teams to adhere to established processes and support implementation of new process changes.
- Utilize Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, pivot tables) to track, analyze, and report on contract and deal data.
- Maintain effective workflow management in Outlook for scheduling, communications, and task tracking.
Qualifications
- Experience in the media, advertising, or marketing industries.
- Understanding of eCommerce processes or digital sales models.
- Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, macros, data analysis).
- Previous experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Experience with DocuSign or other contracting systems.
- Strong ability to manage multi-step processes with keen attention to detail.
- Comfortable with high-volume processing and data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Strong written communication skills for email correspondence with external partners.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales and operations teams.
