The Manager of Resident Experience reports to the Community Manager and is responsible for day‑to‑day customer service and administration of the residential property on behalf of York Property Management. The Manager supervises the cleaning associate assigned to their buildings and works closely with the Maintenance Technicians assigned to their buildings. Priorities change regularly, and the employee must be flexible and willing to change responsibilities as required.
Responsibilities:
- Renting Suites (when advised)
- Respond to inquiries from prospective residents in person, via email, and over the phone in a prompt and courteous manner
- Schedule and attend appointments to show units and advise current residents (if applicable) of Notice to Enter
- Send Rental Applications and submit completed applications into property management software
- Move‑in, move‑out and unit turnover
- Ensure all leasing documents are received and uploaded to property management software
