The Role
- Chairside support across a range of high-quality treatments (general, orthodontics, implants, and aesthetics)
- Lead on clinical compliance and governance (approx. half a day per week dedicated time)
- Oversee and maintain CQC, HTM, and cross-infection control standards

- Support training and development of the nursing team
- Ensure surgeries are fully prepared, organised, and run efficiently
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience through clear communication and support

- Previous experience in a senior or lead nurse role OR strong ambition to step up
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident managing compliance responsibilities and protocols

- Proactive mindset — someone who takes ownership rather than waits for instruction
- Familiarity with Dentally (advantageous, not essential)
What We Offer

- Supportive, forward-thinking environment with a strong focus on quality
- Opportunity to grow within a practice that values standards, systems, and development
Hours & Salary
- 5 days per week + 1 Saturday per month
- Salary dependent on experience and leadership capability
