We are seeking a Head of Commercial to lead this next phase.
This is a critical role responsible for shaping and delivering York Minster’s commercial strategy across retail, events, group bookings, and commercial products. You will define how we take our commercial offer to market, develop compelling value propositions, and build a structured approach to pricing, product development, and revenue growth. You will lead a diverse team spanning retail, sales, and visitor‑facing commercial activity, ensuring that income generation is both effective and aligned with the Minster’s purpose and visitor experience. You will work closely with colleagues across marketing and audience experience to ensure that commercial ambition is grounded in operational reality and delivered through a cohesive, organisation‑wide approach.
