Dimensional / Mechanical Calibration Technician is required immediately for a permanent position in the Leicester area. Competitive salary (dependent on experience and qualifications) The Dimensional Calibration Technician will be working 40 hours (Mon – Fri).
We will also consider Standard Room Inspectors with dimensional / mechanical calibration experience as well as Mechanical Quality Inspectors or apprentice trained Mechanical Engineers / Technicians who have experience of using standard measuring equipment and carrying out in-house calibrations.
Joining the team as a Dimensional Calibration Technician, you will undertake calibration and inspections of measuring instruments according with the correct procedures, instructions, and specifications. A successful candidate will be expected to independently maintain relevant records of work, data and results in a traceable and auditable manner.
