Due to an upcoming retirement, York High School is seeking a Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation, safety, and security of our school buildings and grounds.
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. While previous experience in a similar facilities role is essential, prior experience in an educational setting is not required - full training will be provided.

You would be joining a school with a commitment to excellent pastoral care and to maximising the potential of all of our students.
In addition, the Trust offers a range of staff benefits:
- enrolment in the excellent Local Government Pension Scheme
- 24/7 access to an employee assistance programme
- range of family friendly policies
