York High School is looking to appoint an inspirational teacher with a proven record of outstanding outcomes for young people. The successful candidate will join our Technology and Health faculty, which comprises Design Technology, Food Technology, Child Development, Health and Social Care, and Computing.
You must have the ability to teach across the age and ability range, and inspire, motivate and challenge young people. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills and be committed to contributing to the personal development of all the young people we teach.
There is also the potential for Subject Leadership for a suitably experienced candidate, but this is not essential. As well as benefitting from high-quality CPD opportunities and cross-Trust collaboration, you will also have the opportunity to apply for a range of project-based roles within the Deeps, which provide development at both middle and senior leadership level in a number of projects.
