You may be an experienced FE trainer/tutor, or a newly qualified tutor, but we would certainly encourage applications from those working in this industry too. Experience of manufacturing and production, quality improvement, leading projects/programmes would also be of benefit. You should have a minimum of a HND in a relevant Engineering discipline, or/and relevant industry standard qualifications and experience. You will ideally possess a recognised teaching qualification and/or assessor/IQA awards, or be willing to work towards these with funding support from the College. Recent experience within a manufacturing/engineering industry would be a significant advantage.
