You will bring proven experience of teaching English at GCSE level, ideally within a further education environment, and be confident in delivering the GCSE curriculum and preparing learners for their examinations. Familiarity with GCSE assessment requirements and experience supporting students in an FE setting will be advantageous. Strong administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a collaborative approach to working within a team.
