York City Gymnastics (YCG) is offering an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, driven, and experienced coach to lead our WAG squad to new heights. We’re looking for a Head Coach who is not only technically skilled but also passionate about athlete development, team culture, and long-term success. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious coach to shape the future of our WAG competition squad programme.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide junior coaches and foster a positive team culture.

  • Ability to motivate and inspire gymnasts to set ambitious goals and work towards achieving them.
