Here is a breakdown of what you\'ll be doing:
- Proactively target and build personal relationships with high value customers in the INTL region
- Profile customers individually based on their shopping patterns
- Provide personal styling recommendations by demonstrating detailed product knowledge and understanding of customers\' fashion and lifestyle preferences
- Ensure that sales leads are identified and prioritised by analysing your customer list
- Increase the spend of individuals and develop customer loyalty by understanding their needs
- Ensure prompt follow up with customers acquired through events and partnerships
- Drive and conduct one-on-one appointments with clients wherever possible to develop relationships
- Optimise every opportunity to grow the customer base and acquire new high value clients
- Achieve monthly and yearly targets and KPIs
- Maintain a self-driven awareness of fashion industry, brands/products, and cultural awareness for clients based across different regions
- Identify customers\' shopping patterns and trends, provide feedback to your seniors and follow up with the relevant strategy
- Work alongside the wider business to understand key trends and increase business acumen
- Participate in Client Relations, marketing, and partnership events as required
The type of person we are looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing sales roles, preferably in luxury fashion and with Personal Shopping experience
- Proven experience within a sales target driven environment, achieving personal sales goals
- Excellent communication, customer service and inter-personal skills, with confidence to network and build genuine relationships with customers
- Strong commercial awareness in luxury fashion
- An eye for detail and good organisational skills is essential
- Fluent in spoken and written English
Results driven and motivated attitude
Computer literate (usage of CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office, such as Outlook and Excel)
