We have a fantastic opportunity for a Website Merchandiser to join our Site Trading Team. This role is responsible for maximizing and maintaining product exposure on the Mr Porter website and supporting day-to-day and weekly merchandising activities. The role will also include working with buying, planning, creative, editorial, and technical teams. You must be detail-oriented, extremely organized, and have an interest in fashion.

Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:
- Own onsite merchandising across all pages to support buying strategy, trading priorities, and wider business goals, ensuring a premium and commercial presentation aligning to key launch dates
- Manage curation initiatives (e.g. New Season, Summer shop), including weekly maintenance, reporting, and performance optimization
- Manage global "What's New" trading weekly, overseeing classifications, product readiness, linking, resurfacing, and uploads
- Partner closely with Brand Campaign, Fashion, Buying & Merchandising, Site, and Technology teams to plan campaigns, user journeys, navigation, and merchandising tools
- Drive onsite performance through reporting and analysis, providing actionable insights to optimize classifications, navigation, CVR, and landing pages (including Designer pages)
- Support trading activity by coordinating onsite promotions, seasonal markdowns, marketing placements, editorial approvals, and campaign sign-off (including email mock checks)
- Conduct daily multi-device site audits to ensure correct classification, high-exposure product visibility, timely error resolution, and seasonal content updates
The type of person we are looking for:
- Proven online visual merchandising experience within a luxury retail e-commerce environment, with strong knowledge of luxury fashion brands and collections
- Solid understanding of digital merchandising principles, including website taxonomy, usability, and customer journey optimization
- Commercially driven with creative flair and a strong affinity for luxury fashion product
- Strong awareness of the global luxury consumer and their expectations across markets
- Highly computer-literate, ideally with experience using website platforms and analytics tools
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, confident working cross-functionally at all levels
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities to tight deadlines
