Role Overview
The Product Assistant – Samples Operations is responsible for coordinating the movement, tracking, and management of stock samples across distribution centres and creative teams. The role supports the business teams by ensuring samples are requested, received, tracked, approved, and returned accurately and efficiently. This position acts as the central point of contact between creative teams and distribution centres, maintaining stock accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and supporting the end-to-end sample lifecycle.

- Coordinate and manage sample requests from DC1 and DC4 for creative and commercial teams.
- Process sample orders through xTracker and Stockager, ensuring timely delivery to workflow facilities and external shoot locations.
- Prioritise urgent requests and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the process.
- Verify incoming product IDs (PIDs) against requests and investigate any discrepancies.
- Process stock movements, manifests.
