We are now seeking a talented Merchandiser to join the team on a fixed term contract. Reporting into the Merchandising Manager, you will be tasked with supporting in all aspects of the merchandising process to plan, forecast and trade a department, which ties in with the luxury division's strategic direction, maximizing the profit opportunities for the company.
- Location: Our Westfield office in Shepherd's Bush
- Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (4 days in office)
- Contract Type: 12 month fixed term contract

Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:
- Plan seasonal OTB and collaborate with Buying to deliver balanced, customer-focused ranges within budget.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure exclusives and optimize margins.
- Monitor sell-through, deliveries, and performance, taking decisive action when needed.
- Manage forecasts, WSSIs, markdowns, margins, and closing stocks to maximize profitability.
- Provide analysis to support strategic decisions across Merchandising and the wider business.
- Anticipate trends and ensure fashion-forward, relevant assortments.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to improve processes and results.
- Lead and develop your team through coaching, training, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
- Champion the company vision, values, and profitability goals, driving full-price sell-through and team pride.

- Proven ability to drive business impact through merchandising, ideally within multi-brand luxury retail.
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills, confident in taking calculated risks.
