LuxExperience are now seeking a Junior HR Business Partner supporting UK Operations on a fixed term basis.

- Reporting into: Head of HR, UK Operations and Employee Relations

Here is a breakdown of what you will be doing:
- Proactively partner with senior management and other colleagues within the business to achieve the people strategy to deliver Company objectives.
- Support senior management in managing the processes within the employee life cycle such as onboarding, internal mobility, promotions, change of hours, salary increases or off-boarding.
- Advise, coach and provide support to line managers in the implementation of company policies and procedures and best practice to ensure effective and consistent management of staff.
- Diagnose and lead the people elements of change projects to improve business performance.
- Collaborate with Recruitment, Reward and L+D on initiatives to meet business needs.
- Analyse HR KPIs for client group and implement actions to drive greater business performance.
The type of person we are looking for:
- HR experience with demonstrable depth in core areas of ER, talent management, change, people development and engagement.
- Good knowledge of UK employment law and preferably CIPD qualified.
- Ability to build positive relationships and experience communicating, advising, coaching individuals and influence at all levels.
- A natural presenter who is comfortable facilitating workshops and meetings.
- A real team player who is seen as approachable and a positive role model.
- Articulate with excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Pro-active and able to show initiative with a positive and challenging style.
