Salary Range:
- SBS Practitioner Core: $66,373.36 – $78,865.70 plus superannuation and salary packaging
- SBS Practitioner Proficient: $83,931.32 – $101,506.73 plus superannuation and salary packaging
Travel within a 30-minute NDIS cap is reimbursed, making this role suitable for candidates living in or around Mitcham.
Make a Difference! Join Yooralla as a Specialist Behaviour Support (SBS) Practitioner and empower individuals with disabilities through Positive Behaviour Support (PBS). You’ll develop and implement evidence-based Behaviour Support Plans, reducing behaviours of concern and improving quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a clinical caseload within your scope and meet key performance indicators
- Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans tailored to individual needs
- Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments to inform proactive support strategies
- Monitor and evaluate plans, ensuring ongoing effectiveness
- Engage in professional development to enhance your skills
Mandatory Requirements:
- NDIS Registration as a Core Practitioner with all capabilities met or Proficient Practitioner (or eligibility for progression to this level)
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Psychology, Social Work, OT, ABA, Disability, Health)
- National Police Check & NDIS Worker Screening
- Working with Children Check
- Australian driver’s license & access to a vehicle
- Up-to-date immunisation history
- Experience in disability-related fields
- If applicable, full registration as a psychologist with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
