Hi, I need help removing an existing floor covering in a small living room. The job involves lifting and safely removing old tiles/laminate, disposing of debris, and preparing the subfloor for a new installation. I’d like someone with experience in handling adhesives and debris cleanup, plus a quick cleanup of the work area. Prefer someone who can bring basic tools and a dust mask, and who can ensure minimal disruption to the adjacent rooms. The project will require careful handling to avoid damaging underlying surfaces, and I’d appreciate a brief assessment of any potential subfloor issues before starting.
