Our digital division represents emerging creators while building long-term careers through brand partnerships, IP development and cross-industry opportunities. This role is suited to someone with strong industry instincts, brand relationships and commercial drive who wants to take real ownership within a fast-growing roster.
Candidate Profile
- 3+ years experience in talent management
- Experience managing digital creators or working closely with creator talent
- Strong pre-existing relationships with brands, agencies or commercial partners
- A proactive approach to securing partnerships and growing talent careers
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A creative & ambitious mind for personal branding & narrative
- A strong interest in culture, creators and emerging talent - especially towards using digital as a discovery platform / launching pad for talent verticals beyond social media
