  • Analyse conversion rates, speed-to-lead and funnel velocity.
  • Identify leakage within the funnel and work with Marketing and Sales to address it.
  • Build processes for lead recycling, remarketing and re-engagement.
  • Ensure inbound and outbound journeys are appropriately reflected in our systems and reporting.

You’ll be a key owner of our marketing technology ecosystem and its connection to the wider GTM stack.

  • Experience implementing AI‑powered workflows, agents or automation within a GTM environment.
  • What We Care About

You don't just patch a broken workflow — you want to understand why it broke and prevent it from happening again.

You care about data.

If two dashboards show different numbers, you need to understand why.

If someone is repeatedly doing something manually, your instinct is to ask whether the system should be doing it instead.

You're AI curious.

You actively look for ways AI can make you and the wider team more effective.

You're willing to experiment, but you also understand that AI needs reliable data, sensible processes and appropriate governance to be valuable.

You think end-to-end.

You understand that changing something in Marketing can have consequences for Sales, reporting, attribution and the CRM.

You take ownership.

You're comfortable taking a problem, working through ambiguity and driving it through to resolution.

You're commercially curious.

You don't see Marketing Operations as simply administering systems. You want to understand whether our processes are actually helping us generate and convert more pipeline.
