This is a high-impact leadership role where you will own and scale YOOBIC’s global demand generation engine and website performance strategy — directly influencing pipeline growth and revenue. You won’t just optimise existing channels — you’ll redefine how modern B2B SaaS marketing works at YOOBIC. From AI-powered prospecting to advanced ABM and conversion optimisation, you’ll build a next-generation growth engine that connects marketing activity to commercial outcomes. You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, working closely with Sales, SDRs, and RevOps to ensure demand generation is aligned, measurable, and driving real business impact. What you’ll achieve …
- Build and scale a high-performing demand engine
- Design and execute a multi-channel demand generation strategy across paid search, paid social, display, and emerging channels
- Drive measurable pipeline growth through high-quality acquisition and channel optimisation
- Leverage ABM and intent data platforms (e.g. 6sense, Demandbase, Influ2) to accelerate deal velocity and targeting precision
- Partner closely with SDR and Sales teams to align inbound and outbound strategies
- Turn the website into a conversion engine
- Own YOOBIC’s website strategy, ensuring it drives engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact
- Lead A/B and multivariate testing across landing pages, messaging, and UX
- Implement advanced personalisation strategies using behavioural and intent data
- Continuously improve SEO, AEO, and site performance to capture high-intent traffic
- Embed AI and innovation into growth
- Identify and deploy cutting-edge AI tools to enhance targeting, segmentation, and campaign performance
- Build scalable workflows for experimentation, content testing, and optimisation
- Stay ahead of B2B SaaS and AI marketing trends, translating them into competitive advantage
- Own performance and revenue impact
- Track and optimise key metrics including traffic, MQLs, SALs, pipeline influence, CAC, and conversion rates
- Partner with RevOps to connect marketing performance directly to revenue outcomes
- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness
What you have...
- 6–8+ years of experience in demand generation and website optimisation, ideally within B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of driving pipeline growth through paid media, SEO, and digital performance strategies
- Strong experience with ABM and intent platforms (e.g. 6sense, Demandbase, Influ2)
- Familiarity with AI-powered prospecting and enrichment tools (e.g. Seam AI, Clay or similar)
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, and marketing automation platforms
- Strong WordPress experience and hands‑on experience with CRO tools (e.g. VWO, Optimizely)
- Highly analytical with a strong experimentation mindset and focus on continuous optimisation
- Naturally curious about AI and emerging marketing technologies — always testing and learning
- A builder mentality: comfortable owning strategy while staying close to execution
