What we need… Please note: This role is part of our ongoing hiring for the NEUR sales team. We review applications regularly to build a strong pipeline of future talent. We are growing our sales presence in Northern Europe. We are looking for an experienced SaaS Account Executive based in London who can bring YOOBIC to enterprise retailers and hospitality brands across the NEUR region. We have strong product market fit and a large untapped market. This role focuses on new business and reports to the VP Sales, NEUR. You will drive complex SaaS sales cycles, work closely with senior stakeholders, and play a key part in our regional expansion.
What you'll do…
- Run the full sales process within your territory - from pipeline creation, to presenting the YOOBIC solution, to negotiating pricing and closing deals, with guidance & support from your leadership.
- Target the world's leading and most recognisable brand name clients in the retail and hospitality verticals.
- Report on your deals weekly and forecast your pipeline to a quarterly target.
- Partner with your solutions engineer throughout the sales process to demonstrate the YOOBIC platform and to present the YOOBIC sales methodology.
- Work with Marketing and Business Development teams to build strong demand generation campaigns.
- Build your territory, identify target accounts and take ownership of the growth and development of your business through strong outbound prospecting.
- Attend events, in-person client meetings and thought leadership sessions to drive brand awareness.
What you have...
- 7-10 years experience selling complex SaaS solutions and managing a full sales cycle in a startup environment with an ACV of $250k+.
- Consistent track record of achievement/target attainment throughout your sales career.
- Ability to sell to multiple C-Suite personas throughout a sale.
- Ability to understand new concepts quickly and possess the ability to explain them with ease.
- Used to a Pipe Generation culture and accountability.
- Used to a structured sales process such as MEDICC and/or CoM.
- Self-starter and self-motivated mentality, with passion for driving growth.
- You must be able to demonstrate curiosity, coachability, commitment, creativity and courage.
- You will have a thirst to learn and develop yourself as a sales professional.
- Ability to act as a mentor for members of the BDR team.
- Experience selling to enterprise retail/hospitality clients a plus.
- Fluent in English - Knowledge of other European languages is an advantage.
- Right to work in the UK.
