Role Overview
- Strategic partner to Sales, Marketing and Post‑Sales teams, driving end‑to‑end revenue efficiency, forecasting accuracy and revenue growth.
- Architect systems, create scalable processes and lead a high‑performing RevOps team.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Post‑Sales and Finance leaders to align goals, define KPIs and establish strategies for predictable revenue growth.
- Own pipeline analysis and team performance reporting, delivering actionable insights to individual contributors and senior leadership.
- Streamline and scale end‑to‑end revenue processes, including lead‑to‑opportunity, opportunity‑to‑close and post‑sale processes.
- Oversee the management and optimization of Salesforce and other GTM technology, ensuring data integrity, user adoption and best practices.
- Ensure GTM teams are enabled on our tools, processes, and sales playbook to achieve top performance.
- Act as the connective tissue across Sales, Marketing and Post‑Sales, ensuring alignment on priorities, handoffs and goals.
- Build and mentor a high‑performing RevOps team, fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership and innovation.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in Revenue Operations or a related role within a B2B SaaS company; experience in a sales‑led motion is a must.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot. Experience with sales engagement tools (Salesloft, Sales Navigator, People.AI), marketing automation (6sense) and BI tools is a plus.
- Advanced Excel and/or experience with analytics platforms.
- Experience leading and scaling RevOps or Ops teams focused on operational excellence and performance.
- Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- A proactive, self‑starter mentality with a track record of driving initiatives from concept to completion.

Salary: £120,000.00 – £180,000.00
