What we need... As the People & Operations Partner, you will serve as the righthand to the Global Head of People, providing critical leadership across our four global hubs: London, Paris, New York, and Tel Aviv. This is a high-impact, dual-faceted role designed for an expert Generalist who thrives on the variety of business partnering while maintaining a passion for operational excellence.
You will lead our People Ops function, ensuring our global operations are scalable, compliant, and data-driven, while acting as a trusted advisor to our mid-management tier.
What you'll do...
- Strategic Business Partnering & Generalist Leadership
- People Advisory: Serve as the primary People Partner for mid-management globally, providing guidance on performance management, organisational design, and development.
- Employee Relations: Manage complex ER matters with a high degree of professionalism, tailored to the specific jurisdictional requirements of our global territories.
- Culture & Retention: Partner with department heads to identify engagement trends and implement localised initiatives that drive high performance and long-term retention.
- Global People Operations & Technology
- Tech Stack Ownership: Act as the functional lead for our People systems. You will own and optimize HiBob, TeamTailor, and Zinc, ensuring these tools are fully leveraged for a frictionless experience.
- Knowledge Management: Maintain and evolve our internal documentation and global policies using Confluence, ensuring clear accessible guidance on People processes.
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle globally, utilizing G Suite for collaborative project management and reporting.
- Benefits, Shares & Finance Coordination
- Total Reward & Benefits: Own the management and renewal of global benefit programs. You will ensure our offerings remain competitive and compliant in all four hubs, managing vendors and broker relationships.
- Equity Administration: Support with the administration of employee share schemes. You will be the point of contact for employee queries regarding vesting, exercise, and the value of their equity.
- Finance & Payroll Liaison: Work in lockstep with the Finance department to ensure global payroll accuracy. You will oversee the flow of data between HiBob and Finance, ensuring all compensation changes, bonuses, and share-related tax implications are captured correctly.
What you have...
- Proven Generalist Expertise: Extensive experience in a broad People Generalist role, specifically within a high-growth technology or "scale‐up" environment.
- Systems & Automation Fluency: You have a "systems‐first" mindset. You are familiar with HiBob and TeamTailor and believe in automating manual tasks to focus on high-value strategy.
- Global Jurisdiction Knowledge: Deep familiarity with UK employment practices is essential, familiarity with US and FR is a significant advantage.
- Analytical Rigor: You are comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets, understanding the financial impact of people decisions and the mechanics of equity and benefits.
