As a Graphic Designer at YOOBIC, you guide how we show up visually across the entire buyer and customer journey. From first impression to deal close to customer advocacy, your work shapes perception, credibility, and demand. What you’ll achieve
- Build a standout brand presence. Own and evolve YOOBIC’s newly refined visual identity. Set the standard for how the brand looks and feels across all channels.

- Fuel the funnel. Partner with demand gen, revenue marketing, and sales to design creative assets that drive engagement, conversion, and pipeline.
- Raise the bar on creative quality. Ensure consistency, clarity, and quality across all internal and external brand touchpoints.
- Web and digital execution. Contribute to our website refresh and ongoing digital updates across WordPress and HubSpot.
- Bring Stories to Life. Support event branding, presentations, and motion or video projects in collaboration with internal teams and agencies.
Who you are
- The brand builder. You have 3 to 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in SaaS, B2B, or startup environments.
- The visual thinker. You know how to translate strategy into strong, clear creative across multiple formats and channels.
- The creative partner. You collaborate easily with marketers, sellers, and stakeholders who rely on your work to succeed.
- The owner. You manage your own work, make confident design decisions, and iterate quickly based on feedback and performance.
- The agile creator. You move fast, embrace change, and deliver strong work even as briefs evolve and timelines compress.
- The craft expert. You are fluent in Adobe Suite, Figma, and Google Slides. CMS experience is a plus.
