Yondr Group is seeking a Regional Operations Training Lead to deliver and continuously improve the Operations training program across the assigned region.
You will manage onboarding, role‑based training, content development, and busy dashboards that track completion, progress and gaps.
You will work hands‑on with site Operations, Technical Operations, HSE and People teams, coordinating with SMEs to ensure regional requirements are met while maintaining a consistent global program.
