About The Role

Reporting to the VP of Global Technology, the Director of Systems Intelligence drives the production, enhancement and mobilisation of innovative, scalable, reliable internally developed solutions that are used to monitor, maintain and manage Yondr's critical environments. Systems Intelligence's core function is to achieve operational intelligence of Yondr's facilities through innovative technology development, deployment and operational systems integration.

Main Responsibilities

  • Product strategy and roadmap for our internally developed operational intelligence platform – YondrOne
  • Budgets and resources are in line with product development/mobilisation deliverables and timescales
  • Systems Intelligence resource management, internally and external contractors
  • Systems Intelligence KPI and reporting requirements
  • Responsible for product technical management and mobilisation management
  • Create and lead product‐specific cross‐functional teams with input from appropriate areas of the business
  • Customer engagement (internal and external) and relationship management
  • Develop and maintain a standard product documentation and technical requirements suite
  • Manage development of new product requirements in line with internal and external customers and identified business needs
  • Define and manage processes for business stakeholders to coordinate feedback and requests, roadmap feature priorities, product development and deployment processes into live operational Yondr sites
  • Ensure system and data technical requirements are in place for product deployment and mobilisation alignment

Qualifications And Experience

  • 10+ years relevant industry experience with a working knowledge of product development, innovation, technology programme management, project management, software development, Agile development, DevOps working practices, product mobilisation management and ELV systems integration.
  • A bachelor's degree in software development, computer science, product management, technical/technology discipline, or 10+ years related industry experience
  • Technology and Innovation experience
  • Experience of leading an internal team, augmented with external outsource development capability
  • ELV systems design, commissioning or product experience
  • Should have a deep understanding of product vision, product launch, product deployment process
  • Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder communication including working with cross‐functional teams
  • Great interpersonal, problem‐solving, analytical, and research skills
  • Be competent in managing multiple product streams
