Yonder is a VC backed business building the financial membership of the future. Starting with a credit card that has fun and experiences at its core, we're the antithesis to your dad's stuffy, corporate, boring credit card. Whilst tech is revolutionising the finance industry, credit is still stuck in the Stone Age. We want to create a world where financial services are fair and conscious, and the stress of debt is eliminated for everyone. We raised £23.4M in September 2024 to grow the team, launch even better rewards, and expand beyond the UK.
Experiences bring our product to life. Whether it's the latest restaurant opening, a new West End theatre show or a breakout consumer goods brand challenging the fashion industry, our members trust us to curate Experiences that empower them to live financially rewarding lives.
We're looking for a Partnerships Manager to own new business acquisition. You'll be responsible for the entire sales cycle - from sourcing, lead generation and contract negotiation, to implementation. You'll be speaking to a mix of prospects, from SMB owner-directors to C-suite decision makers at some of the worlds largest brands.
Here's what a day might look like:
- Identifying brand targets and decision makers, and designing the appropriate messaging to make contact and build a relationship.
- Closing deals across Yonder’s partner ecosystem, owning a targeted, ICP-led approach to engage and convert partners from SMB through to enterprise.
- Developing a deep understanding of the problems these brands are trying to solve, across a range of verticals - eCommerce covers everything from dining, products, to beauty and fashion.
- Identifying and developing new ways for brands to work with Yonder - building out innovative value props and commercial structures that drive incremental revenue.
- Analysing campaign performance to optimise brand campaigns and share insights with the rest of the business on how the category is performing.
We're looking for someone that:
- Is a natural hunter who genuinely loves sales. Not someone who tolerates it, or fell into it — someone who gets a genuine kick out of finding the right brand, crafting the right message, and turning a cold lead into a partnership.
- Is resilient and keeps going when it's tough. You don't need external motivation to dust yourself off and go again.
- Sells from the heart, not a script. You believe in what you're selling, and it shows.
- Backs their own instincts but is hungry to keep learning.
- Is a team player who makes the room better.
- Has or is keen to develop commercial acumen.
- Has some familiarity with restaurants, retailers or consumer brands or is keen to develop it.
What’s it like working at Yonder?
- We’re office-first, remote-friendly.

- £31,293 - £41,874 stock options.
- 35 holidays (27 days annual leave + 8 days public leave).
- 2x team-building offsites per year (1 in the UK, 1 abroad).
- Private healthcare with Bupa.
- Up to 12 weeks enhanced parental leave after being with Yonder for 1 year.
- Learning & training allowance (£750/year).
- Regular team breakfasts and lunch.
- Regular team events like Mini-golf, Escape Room, Cocktail making.
- Cycle-to-work scheme.
- Fresh pour-over coffee made by our very own CEO, Tim.
