Senior Product Designer

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to help take us there.

What you’ll do

• Join a small team where design carries real weight, in a lean squad with a product manager and two engineers.
• Lead the design and research for your squad, owning your product area end to end, taking problems from a rough idea to something in members' hands quickly.
• Solving ambiguous problems, like making a credit account as simple to understand as a current account.
• Crafting experiences people love using, designing beautiful, enjoyable products that feel premium and worth coming back to.
• Running your own research, speaking with members directly, testing concepts, running usability sessions and using those insights to guide what we build.
• Working shoulder to shoulder with your squad, collaborating openly with your PM and engineers from the first sketch.
• Balancing speed with polish, knowing when to put scrappy ideas in front of members and when to slow down for details.
• Evolving our design system, adding to it, refining it and keeping it effective.

You’re a great fit if

• You operate at a senior level, owning problems without close direction.
• You’ve designed world-class mobile apps, treating mobile as its own craft.
• You are a confident generalist, comfortable across the whole design spectrum.
• You sweat the visual details, believing they separate a good product from one that feels effortless.
• You communicate openly and often, sharing early and seeing engineers and PMs as creative partners.
• You care about impact, tracking the impact of what you build, not just the volume.
• You work like it's 2026, experimenting with new tools and ways of working.

What’s the interview process like?

• Stage 1: Intro call (45 mins) with our Head of Design.
• Stage 2: Portfolio review (60 mins) to understand your approach and impact.
• Stage 3: Take home challenge to present back to the team.
• Stage 4: On-site (2 hours) including app critique and values interview.
• Offer: If everyone’s happy, we’ll make you an offer.

We love closing the feedback loop at Yonder, providing specific feedback from Stage 2 onwards. We must complete the right-to-work and criminal background checks for compliance purposes. We also do reference checks. The entire process can take between 2 - 6 weeks. We know that diverse teams build better products and encourage applications from under-represented communities.
