In this role, you will lead how people find Yonder, sign up, and reach their first rewarding moment. You will own the funnel from the first visit to yonder.com into the app, including landing pages, sign-up, identity checks, credit decisions, plan selection, card activation, and first purchases.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing visitor-to-approved-member conversion, time from first visit to first transaction, and the share of new members active in their first 30 days.
- Reporting monthly on targets and owning the results.
- Collaborating with design, engineering, PMs, and marketers.
You are a great fit if you:
- Have owned a consumer funnel and moved its numbers.
- Can diagnose sign-up, onboarding, or activation problems and demonstrate the impact of your changes.
- Engage with members and near-misses to sharpen your instincts.
- Run experiments habitually and derive insights from data.
- Build tests yourself using tools like Webflow and Figma.
- Have experience at the intersection of product and marketing.
- Have launched or localised products in new markets.
- Can navigate the complexities of a regulated lender.
Bonus points for experience in fintech or regulated products, especially in onboarding, identity verification, or credit decisioning, and for having worked in early-stage or fast-growing teams.
